デジタルサービスの特性上、購入後のキャンセル・返金は原則承っておりません
サブスクの自動更新を停止する場合は、次回更新日の前日までに info@yokosojp.com までご連絡ください(当月分のサービスは継続提供、翌月以降の課金が停止)
単発レッスンのレッスン当日キャンセルは返金対象外となります
体験レッスンは無料のため、キャンセル料は発生しません
Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations or refunds after purchase are generally not accepted.
To stop subscription auto-renewals, please email info@yokosojp.com at least one day before the next renewal date. The current month's service will continue as scheduled, with charges stopping from the following month.
Single lessons cancelled on the day of the lesson are not refundable.
Trial lessons are free of charge, so no cancellation fee applies.
