利用規約

この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、株式会社YOKOSO Japan(以下「当社」)が提供するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆様(以下「ユーザー」)には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided by YOKOSO Japan Inc. ("the Company"). All registered users ("Users") shall use the service in accordance with these Terms.

1. 適用1. Application

本規約は、当社が提供する本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

These Terms shall apply to all relationships involving the use of the Service provided by YOKOSO Japan.

2. 利用登録2. User Registration

1. 本サービスは、18歳以上の方に限り、本規約に同意の上、当社の定める方法によって利用登録を申請できます。

2. ユーザーは、登録情報を常に真実かつ正確、最新のものに保つものとします。

1. Only individuals aged 18 or older may apply for registration to use the Service, by agreeing to these Terms and following the procedures prescribed by YOKOSO Japan.

2. Users shall keep their registration information truthful, accurate, and up to date at all times.

3. 月額プランについて3. Monthly Subscription Plans

1. 月額プランは、お申込み後、毎月自動更新されます。

2. 解約をご希望の場合は、本規約に定める方法により、次回更新日の前日までにご連絡ください。

3. 月額プランの月途中での解約や、ご購入後の返金は、原則として承りません。

1. Monthly plans automatically renew each month after subscription.

2. To cancel, please contact us by the day before the next renewal date using the methods set forth in these Terms.

3. Mid-month cancellations and post-purchase refunds are generally not accepted.

4. 禁止事項4. Prohibited Conduct

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

2. 他のユーザーまたは第三者に対する迷惑、脅迫、誹謗中傷、ハラスメント等の行為

3. 当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊・妨害する不正アクセス行為

4. 他のユーザーの個人情報を、本人の同意なく取得または利用する行為

5. MOSAIC イベント等で知り得た他の参加者の情報を、当該参加者の同意なく外部に漏洩する行為

6. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

Users shall not engage in the following conduct in using the Service:

1. Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

2. Conduct that causes nuisance, threats, defamation, or harassment to other users or third parties

3. Unauthorized access that destroys or interferes with the functions of our servers or networks

4. Acquiring or using other users' personal information without their consent

5. Disclosing information of other participants obtained at MOSAIC events to outside parties without that participant's consent

6. Any other conduct that YOKOSO Japan deems inappropriate

5. 本サービスの提供の停止等5. Suspension of Service

当社は、当社の判断により、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

YOKOSO Japan may, at its discretion, suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users.

6. 著作権6. Copyright

本サイト上に掲載されているコンテンツに関する著作権その他一切の権利は、当社または当該権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

All copyrights and other rights in the content posted on this site belong to YOKOSO Japan or the third parties holding such rights.

7. 利用制限および登録抹消7. Usage Restrictions and Deregistration

当社は、ユーザーが第4条に定める禁止事項に該当した場合、その他当社が必要と判断した場合には、事前の通知なく、ユーザーに対し本サービスの利用を制限し、またはユーザー登録を抹消することができます。

If a user engages in any conduct prohibited under Article 4, or if YOKOSO Japan otherwise deems it necessary, YOKOSO Japan may restrict the user's use of the Service or deregister the user without prior notice.

8. 退会8. Withdrawal

1. ユーザーは、当社所定の手続により、いつでも本サービスから退会できます。

2. 退会時、月額プランも同時に解約されます。ただし、当月分の課金は継続して提供され、翌月以降の自動課金が停止されます。

1. Users may withdraw from the Service at any time through the procedures prescribed by YOKOSO Japan.

2. Upon withdrawal, monthly plans are also cancelled at the same time. The current month's service continues as scheduled, and auto-renewal charges stop from the following month.

9. 保証の否認および免責事項9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. 当社は、本サービスの内容につき、特定目的への適合性、完全性、正確性等について、いかなる保証も行いません。

2. ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間で生じた取引、連絡、紛争等について、当社は一切責任を負いません。

3. ただし、本サービスに関する当社とユーザーとの間の契約が消費者契約法に定める消費者契約となる場合、本条の免責規定は適用されません。この場合、当社は、当社の故意または重過失に基づく損害、および当社に軽過失がある場合の通常生ずべき損害(特別損害を除く)について責任を負います。

1. YOKOSO Japan makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the content of the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.

2. YOKOSO Japan shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users or between users and third parties.

3. Provided, however, that if the contract between YOKOSO Japan and the user regarding this Service qualifies as a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, the disclaimer provisions of this Article shall not apply. In such cases, YOKOSO Japan shall be liable for damages arising from its willful misconduct or gross negligence, and for ordinary damages (excluding special damages) arising from its minor negligence.

10. サービス内容の変更等10. Changes to the Service

当社は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更、追加、または廃止することができるものとし、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。

YOKOSO Japan may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice to users, and users agree to such changes.

11. 利用規約の変更11. Amendments to These Terms

1. 当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく、いつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

2. 本規約の変更は、当社が変更後の規約を本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

3. ユーザーが本規約の変更後も本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. YOKOSO Japan may change these Terms at any time when deemed necessary, without notice to users.

2. Such changes take effect from the moment the revised Terms are posted on this site.

3. If users continue to use the service after the changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

12. 通知または連絡12. Notices and Communications

ユーザーと当社との間の通知または連絡は、当社の定める方法によって行うものとします。当社は、ユーザーから当社が別途定める方式に従った変更届け出がない限り、現在登録されている連絡先が有効なものとみなして当該連絡先へ通知または連絡を行い、これらは、発信時にユーザーへ到達したものとみなします。

Notices and communications between users and YOKOSO Japan shall be made by the methods specified by YOKOSO Japan. Unless a user submits a change of contact information through the methods separately specified by YOKOSO Japan, YOKOSO Japan will treat the currently registered contact information as valid and send notices or communications to that contact, which shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of dispatch.

13. 権利義務の譲渡の禁止13. Prohibition of Assignment

ユーザーは、当社の書面による事前の承諾なく、利用契約上の地位または本規約に基づく権利もしくは義務を第三者に譲渡し、または担保に供することはできません。

Users may not assign or pledge as security their status under the service agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without YOKOSO Japan's prior written consent.

14. 準拠法・裁判管轄14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

2. 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan.

2. In case of any dispute regarding this Service, Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
